Horus platform evolution
Horus evolves as a distributed operations platform. The roadmap prioritizes features that broaden event interpretation, respond to user needs, and improve operations across different types of devices.
The following lines describe planned capabilities. Their final scope and implementation order may change according to technical validation, operational priorities, and needs observed in deployments.
1. Audio-based inference
Horus will incorporate audio processing to generate inferences from sounds collected by compatible devices. Audio will become an additional source of context alongside cameras, IoT sensors, and platform events.
Potential use cases include glass-break detection, alarms, sirens, anomalous noise at technical sites, and alerts when an acoustic pattern requires review.
2. New inference models based on user needs
The inference catalog will continue to grow based on needs identified by application users and operational teams.
This approach prioritizes models that solve concrete problems: visual detections, zone rules, operational alerts, security events, preventive maintenance, and vertical-specific requirements.
3. Non-mobile experience for larger displays
Horus will deploy a non-mobile solution for devices with greater visualization capacity than a phone.
This experience will support multi-camera dashboards, expanded maps and alerts, monitoring stations, and multi-site operations from monitors, notebooks, and desktop computers. It will complement the mobile application.
4. Multimodal correlation and incident verification
As an additional evolution line, Horus will correlate signals from different sources to generate richer events. An alert may combine video, audio, IoT sensors, schedules, permissions, and device states before triggering a notification or scenario.
This can help confirm incidents, prioritize alerts, and reduce isolated notifications that do not require intervention.
